Booking is simple and straightforward! Visit our events page, select the workshop or event you’d like to attend, and click the “Book Now” button. You’ll be guided through a quick registration process where you can enter your details and select your preferred date and time. Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the event details and your booking reference.
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), online banking transfers, and digital payment platforms. Payment is securely processed during the booking confirmation. You’ll receive an invoice via email once your booking is confirmed.
Yes, you can cancel your booking, but there are specific conditions. Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the event starts. If you cancel within this timeframe, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event cannot be refunded, though you may be able to reschedule to a future event if spaces are available.
If you need to reschedule your event, simply log into your account on our website and select the booking you wish to modify. Click “Reschedule” and choose an alternative date and time from the available options. Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before your original event date at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Absolutely! We’ll send you an email reminder 3 days before your event, followed by another reminder 24 hours beforehand. These reminders will include the event time, location (or Zoom link if it’s an online workshop), and any last-minute details you might need.
